Organizational Framework

The Organizational Framework provides an overview of the critical management factors that drive and control the organization's actions. Utilizing this model provides leadership a scheme for high level organizational assessment. The format makes explicit for management where changes can and should be made and how these adjustments will clearly improve the organization's effectiveness. The model enables executives to anticipate the impact and track the results of these adjustments throughout the Framework. Positive effects can be reinforced and unintended consequences can be immediately addressed. The model also identifies where focusing resources will have the greatest impact on performance.
